Anyway, without translation, I speculate that these are her increasingly off-the-wall visualizations of what Ikazuchi and Inazuma might have to look forward to when they finally get their second remodels, after they express amazement and/or jealousy over Hibiki's. Although I'm not sure why Ikazuchi wouldn't be down with hers, because it looked a) awesome and b) right up her street. :)

I'm gonna guess that bit's just a phonetic approximation of "steam punk", given the design. (stiimu panku?) Although she does look like she might be a specific reference to something.
