Nagato always handles the front, because she is a Lady of War and she fears no evil.

She's using bombastic speechy-speech here. And to be fair, she kinda was on the signs just before; as is Akagi.

It's very War Movie heroic speech style. All 'wareware' and repeated evocative language.

Stylistically more akin to Patton's monologue from the beginning of the movie, I should think. "Now I want you to remember something: No bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country."

Nagato is acting more like the battlefield commander here, where Akagi handles the overall strategic level.

And doing bombastic speeches.

I had to guess with that first post, as it was prior to the translation.
