That's part of the ceiling. Look at the lighting fixtures just above the pizza - Musashi threw it too hard.

I know that. Just look at Nagato smashing the watermelon, and Mustu make something questionable, i'm sure it won't be a cake like yamato planned before or your regulear meat pizza.

A cake is usually composed of 3 main things: The toppings, such as fruit, the frosting and a sponge or similar baking product, right?

Nagato's on toppings, Mutsu's on frosting and Musashi's on sponge (pizza is baked too, after all)
