The girl in the upper left kinda reminds me of some character from Code Geass (I think, not sure where I remember seeing that appearance)
That girl is one of the witnesses to the salaryman's murder. Her only appearance is in that one scene and she has no bearing on the story except as one of Being X's mouthpieces as it curses the salaryman for his impiety.
