some people prefer to download them, and the notes can't be downloaded with the picture, so it's nice to have the hard translated ones. also, using the hard translated ones as a basis to translate the raw ones just allows for the raws to be translated quicker rather than waiting for a translator
Hmm, it's a weird situation actually. Usually the question is about uploading a hard translated version of something that's already on here raw. We decided this is allowed, if it's made the child and is well translated. But this is about uploading both at the same time and using the hard translation as basis for the raw translation. I don't know what sort of precedent there is.
Here's my position: Uploading both would be okay, but do not use the hard translation as basis for translating the raw. We don't need to duplicate the translation, especially if we don't know the quality. Furthermore, if the hard translation can be shown to be inferior, it can be deleted.
Here's my suggestion: Post about it on the forums first.
P.S. Whole doujins many times don't get approved in the mod queue anyway, so it's entirely possible it'd just get deleted. This is another reason why I don't recommend using the hard trans as a basis for the raw. You'd go to the work of transcribing it only to have it, quite possibly, fail in the mod queue and be deleted.
It wasn't a troll, I highly doubt you know for a fact that that translation is 100% accurate and no translator really wants to check some random porn group's work.
I have a better question: Why are Agua-Verde, Hiroi Rei, and Tex-Mex all down as the artists of this image? Was this really some kind of three-way project? That sounds a bit bullshit.
It's kinda odd that Balalaika looks so good in swimsuits. You'd think she's the type who would swim with her uniform on right? Chang too, that swimsuit looks good on him.
