Actually no, I have neither played the game nor do I know anything about the person she is based on, I just find her really cute. And this artist's style makes her look even cuter so I just wanna save her and pet her head.

You might want to look up the history of Countess Elizabeth Bathory before questioning what she could possibly have done wrong, then, because, er, well, she's literally in the Guineas Book of World Records as the world's most prolific female serial killer.
