Remilia doesn't have the same ribbon on her hat, doesn't have the same hairstyle and doesn't have the same eyes color (Remilia's eyes are redder) and finally, I don't think Remilia has the same accessories as the girl on this picture. I just can't imagine Remilia with a lipstick...
The only common thing between this girl and Remilia is her hat (without the ribbon), and maybe the hair color. But it think Remilia's hair is bluer.
it may not be Remilia but I'll definitely take it anyway! haha. Dam such a nice Remilia-lookalike. Maybe its the artist's take of a Human Remilia. only a bit older too. who knows. I definitely like it though~
