In general, satchel charge (even when there's no actual satchel). When referring to the Stielhandgranate with multiple charges in particular, the more direct translation "bundled charge" (or "concentrated charge") is sometimes used.

That particular ‘7-charge’ Stielhandgranate is the anti-tank version.
