I'm pretty sure this is Marisa not Doremy. The top, buttons, thighhighs and small chest all match Marisa.

out of frame character should be left blank for now. another user on pixiv asked if it was Marisa but the artist did not reply or tag the other character so for all we know it could be an oc.
this artist never drew either Marisa or Doremi before so there is no preference to suggest either atm.

edit. I would support your suggestion and lean toward it being Marisa as the last picture in the group show the 2x2 button configuration Marisa has.

The artist has now responded to that comment, and confirmed it is indeed Marisa.
