I think this deserves the Takoluka tag since it's obvious who took the cake.

I don't think Takoluka was the culprit. I mean the last panel shows evidence that Rin ate it by the glint of her eye and she has what looks like icing on the corner of her mouth. And how she did it? A very long and flexible tongue, which probably SEEMED like Takoluka's tentacle. I mean you don't see the suckers on it and it is really too skinny to be an octopus tentacle. So I really think it was Rin.
On that note, why didn't Rin get tagged???
