Not to mention it uses its own environment as tactical stratagem. The Strv. 103 was made to be a defensive tank after all, not an "invading" tank. It does its job very well, but the "dumb" part most likely comes from the fact it doesn't bode well if deployed in other countries and having to traverse their differing terrain.
