I admit, I haven't seen EVERY Doctor Who story out there but, seriously, how is that girl still alive? A true Dalek would exterminate her in a matter of seconds without hesitation.

She could be working for them. They've been known to "cooperate" with other people from time to time, but it usually almost always results in eventual extermination.

In Resurrection of the Daleks (1985 I think) the Daleks create perfect duplicates of humans who serve them unquestioningly as sleeper agents. I'd be more worried about this girl dying from the toxic lake though.

Hair color and general appearance matches up, gun that's obviously a modified Dalek beam... Any chance that's meant to be Cinder ?
