There is a second part of this image but for some reason I can't upload it. Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Basically, though, right click the image, then hit "View Image" so that you get a separate webpage which ends in ".jpg" and you'll be linking to that specific image. (Make sure you append ":orig" at the end.) Change the source back to the tweet it came from after uploading.

I've already tried, but I only get an image that ends with the image pixel size. 4096x4096 in this case. And if I try to remove that section I just get a tiny version of the image.

Try https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D8Bta9IUcAAm5xg.jpg:orig. If that doesn't go through, try saving the image to your HD and uploading from there. (With either of these methods, you'll need to fix the source after uploading; set it to the tweet URL, the same source as this post)
