Considering it's a regular-sized TV, we're gonna get Big! Sadako, it looks like. Honestly, it might be a good-ish way to end the comic, with the MC settling down with Sadako, who in turn has found a new career as a model.
I think she's going to take the soul guiding the dolls to complete the contract. She was stuck on the living side because she couldn't kill the guy, and couldn't reopen the portal back to video world
