Since it was the late night dancing that made Atlanta complain and broke Bismark, Warspite probably felt at least a little responsible for their dorm manager's meltdown and wanted to help establish a better system.

So that's what Gotland meant she is into Swordfishes now. Warspite already prepared it all.
That, and Got's official artwork for her new Andra upgrade depicts her with Swordfish launching from her catapult (post #3876595) which may have inspired Ido-sensei's writing for that plot point.
The one part that is a bit of a stretch is copying the launch button. Because even if they have their own launch button, they would have to bug the Soviet bunker and constantly observe it. Waiting for a chance to hit their button, while still being able to blame it on the Soviets.

I think Warspite has every corner of the dorm under constant surveillance. And bugging the Soviet bunker is probably not so difficult, considering how easily she and Ooyodo snuck into it, and how thoroughly Iowa was able to bug Gangut, down to very last, um... crevice... post #3094381
