Well I don't know why it has to be Humikane to design every German ship ever. There are more than one artist for USN and IJN ships anyway. Just don't touch the class Humikane already done, that seems to be a reasonable boundary.

She has a bit of a Haruna vibe going on with her hair and hair "range finder"

I'm a bit torn since I personally think her base form looks kinda better with darker paint job on the rigging, long sleeves and navy blue skirt.

Honestly there are like a lot of potential artist out there. Just relying on one artist is kinda silly.

Because Italians have Jiji, and British is basically Konishi's show. Only reason why others are doing US ships is because Yoshinori's busy with LNs/etc.

And IJN? This is basically super nationalist IJN game (and these days in terms of such ships outside of the dime a dozen DEs, it's mainly Konishi and Shibafu). Only way they'd rebuke that is if they had a KC Enterprise and that's only a bit more likely than them actually releasing Shinano.
