There are several "points" on a body's veins. The technique was created long ago in China (or Japan/India I'm not sure) that touch these points to affect the blood flow. Gradually weakens the opponent also have a chance to paralyze them. The technique can be deadly if used correctly, stops the blood to go to the brain, make pressure on the lungs, heart, stomach, a slow, painful death. This technique was originally invented to cure illness though.
