This is supposed to be her post-1943 look, but, although I know it's difficult to find pictures or drawings about it, unfortunately it's kind of off the mark by a sensible degree.

The superfiring 320 mm turrets were wholly covered by a two-step platform for additional AA weapons (work already done by summer 1943); the 120 mm turrets, while not removed, were significantly altered to receive the new 135 mm DP twin mounts; and there was no catapult to be fitted. And it's a pity that no Gufo radar set (like the ones Littorio and Roma have) can be seen.

Here is a drawing of how she would have looked, more or less, had the refit been completed (the lower one).

Are you talking about a potential post Taranto salvage refit?
After checking out her wiki, I think this is a very good representation for her 1933-37 reconstruction.
two pounder abreast her 'B turret' - check
    catapult - check
remove amidship turret for 120mm twin mounts - check
    camouflage - check.
The black box on her left might be the seaplane hangar.

Also in her wiki it shows an image Office of Naval Intelligence drawing of the Conte di Cavour class, January 1943 which the top view really fits her look here. Maybe jiji uses this exact image as a reference.

That's the issue her "Nuovo" shape (this one) is supposed to be how she would have been and looked like after her post-Taranto salvage, with radar, improved secondaries and AA, not how she looked like between 1937 and 1940. The 65 mm AA gun in the event is kind of telling in this sense. The catapult was quickly discarded, as it obstructed the arcs of fire of the 120 mm secondaries and the AA; the Conte di Cavour-class (and the similar Duilio-class) ended up being the lone capital ship RM class without any kind of aircrafts (and they had no hangar in any case, they would have sat on the catapults).

The ONI shows the class, therefore it's a reference on the Giulio Cesare, that was still active but not modified from her 1937 form. It would fit Cavour's "kai" form.

Just to show what I'm talking about, here are some (poorly scanned) pictures of work done by summer 1943: the AA platforms above her superfiring turrets, and one of the refurbished secondary turrets being fitted with the 135 DP twin mounts.

I believe both show that her turrets, both main and secondaries, would have looked quite different from what they look like in the CG. And the presence of the catapult is still incorrect, as no mention of trying again to give her aircraft during her 1941-3 refit has been found; the explanation may be the game mechanics, as aircrafts are needed to activate BB skills, so it's understandable in that sense.

Gotcha. Well maybe there will be a "Nuovo Due" remodel in the future. Both 135mm and Gufo haven't been implemented in game yet afaik. This is not like the case with Nelson. If you don't give her torpedo stats/tubes in her base design, there is no reason to add it in kai since the tubes were removed later on anyway. That ship has sailed.
