    To answer the question, nothing really.

    To answer it with some sass, people are ok with double posting so long as the source is different.

    There's something of an argument for it since some artists are foolish and only post to twitter, though the later pixiv upload is generally unnecessary. The double posting is seriously rampant and there's not much to be done about it from what I've read. Either that or no one cares enough. *shrugs*
