From some quick Google searching, it seems this was either drawn or commissioned by mer1noe - whose twitter is currently suspended, so I can't find much more on this piece

EDIT: found the artist, but it looks like they rebranded and wiped their work at some point so I can't find a first-party source for this. This specific upload seems to be from this twitter post
