This caught me by surprise. Considering that the last UR event ended with "Dear Comrade Commander, we would like you to join our counterattack against the Ironblood", I was expecting Stalingrad considering she made the most thematic sense in my mind. Laid down, delayed due to Barbarossa, and her namesake city is traditionally considered to be where the Wehrmacht broke. Of course, Kronshtadt was actually designed as well, but still...

Well okay, technically project started during WW2, but it bloated to displacement of WNT Battleship and got 305mm caliber after the war.
