They'll move on to building another fleet of ship girls under a different classification. Also, they'll continue with upgrading all of the Yuugumo-class ships to Kai Ni over time.

There are still like 3 different classes of IJN WW2 destroyers with zero ships implemented so they'll presumably move onto one of those.

They are still missing some ships from the Fubuki, Hatsuharu, Kagerou and a lot from the Akizuki class. Then there's the Matsu class and Tachibana subclass. Safe to say, they won't run out of IJN DDs soon.
