Don't know much about Touhou and less about Madoka, but these were tags on the Pixiv source. I'm also annoyed that the uploader couldn't even link to the Pixiv page, when it was clear from the source filename that it was originally from Pixiv.

Looking through the artist page it seems the artist purposely (?) Mistags their pictures.
