The very very bare bones I got was the Fubuki is a boy. Hibiki is his girlfriend or lover? (Unclear but she's kind of responsible) Yamato being weird with her age regression thing ticked Hibiki off that her Bucky was being monopolized. But the Bucky is a good person and defended Yamatos oddity. Resulting in him getting beaten up.
Earlier on Hibiki had distracted him by having him try on Shimakazes outfit and used that time to Create a rift and get rid of Yamato by exposing her. Resulting in... yeah.

My hope is waning, it's been almost a year now and only two pages are translated of this series, with a third being partially translated. Not to mention his others works aren't also getting translated. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic.

My guess from translation. Hibiki and Fubuki aren't their real names. Being assigned to them after enlisting. Hibiki has cast aside her old family name and want's Fubuki's family name as her last name. (Marry me stupid)
Fubuki doesn't get it and says Hibiki can inherit her name on death. Which isn't what Hibiki wants.
