I'm kinda taking a guess at this image. Haruka from Pokemon usually has blue eyes, while Haruka from Senran Kagura has green eyes. However, that's obviously Pokemon Haruka's ribbon and facial shape. The hair could go either way since it has features from both girls.

...Maybe a fusion? Or maybe I'm just over-thinking it.
