Fun Fact: Most fish species reproduce via external fertilization. Female fish will lay unfertilized eggs on their nests. Then the male fish would spray their jizz on the eggs to fertilize them. Some sharks are the only fish (to my knowledge) that would reproduce via internal fertilization (i.e. sexual intercourse).
