Went ahead and added an extra tag to point out that this is Neon's old, pre-alpha design. This *IS* Neon, but she has very little in common with the Neon that went to print officially.

Wow, I'm actually glad they changed her design. Still cute but I just not a fan of this outfit.

I kinda wish they would've kept her with the m32.
