A note on the title: this game is part of a series - "汁だく接待"/shiru dake settai refers to the series as a whole. Series name translates to "Serving Only Soup", where the kanji for "soup" here ("汁") can also mean 'broth', 'juice', or 'sap', and is very often seen colloquially referring to pussy juice. The rest of the title ("okawari nihaime") translates to "second extra helping".
