It's a flowerhorn cichlid, a hybrid 'species' and one of the worst "inventions" of the pet industry, made worse by idiots who release them into the wild where they are voracious eaters that outcompete native species and disrupt ecosystems.
Word goes they taste nice though, but if you caught one that looks as 'flowery' as the one here in the wild (with that pronounced head bump), it's likely spent some time in an aquarium before being released into the wild, so its flesh is probably contaminated with all sort of nasty antibiotics that you don't want to eat. Malachite green in particular, which is carcinogenic and permanently contaminates fish flesh.
