This meme is extremely widely spread and deeply rooted in Chinese net culture; you can even find examples of usage in products of non-memetic nature. The official Chinese version of Star Craft 2 is one of these products; you can hear this famous meme "witness me tearing my enemy apart with my bare hand" when playing as Alarak in co-op mode.
