After learning about these characters, I keep seeing them everywhere, are they a new character to Blue Archive? (I don't play the game, so I wouldn't know)

They're just minor mob characters, they've existed in the game for at least a year. They're just getting so much attention now because they appear in another character's EX skill animation.

These characters have been around for quite some time. They appear with the recently released Ichika, so there's a lot of artwork with her.

They are literally mob, nameless extra characters, so they have the characteristic of having their eyes covered by their hair like other mob characters. But they're also students like other named characters, so I imagine they might have several events in Kivotos, daily moments with other characters, and even the occasional encounter with Sensei.
