Isn't there a rule (by Reimu, no less) about the Human Village being a no-fly zone?
I did not know that. Where is that little bit of lore that I have missed? Does strictly say in the village or what if there's a incident in it or you need to chase someone? Can you fly over the village? Is there a height of no fly zone? Seriously I did not know this before now.
