It still screams AI. It's not just the shading, it's the different hand color, character details wrong, missing, or haphazard (a common thing with newer characters), and how giving men boobs when you ask for big pecs is a super common AI error.

Looking at the artist's other work, this is the only one with these kinds of errors.
