It's not done in high detail so I'm not super sure, but the bulges on the body of the aircraft line up mostly with the C-130 Hercules.

Considering the insignia on the soldier, it might meant to be the Chinese Y-20 instead.

I don't think it was based on either. This thing was drawn with prominent winglets, which neither of those has.

Seems like a match. It's got the winglets, the T-tail and all that. Changing tags accordingly.
