Why not? What would be the downsides of having some tags separated by gender?

I really like how it is implemented on e-hentai, where there are "male", "female", "mixed", and "other" namespaces, and almost every tag is defined within more than one of them.

Take, for example, anal, a less fetish-y compared to pee tag.
On danbooru, there is no way to simply search for "male anus being penetrated by any means" without using some combination of pegging, tentacles on male, prostate milking, and some other tags that I may forget, which would still leave a lot of results filtered out.
On the other hand, on EH I just search for male:anal$ and that's it.

Pretty unimpressive for a site with otherwise very nice tagging system, won't you agree?
