The closest one would be 'Tower' but we already got a Tower arbiter...
She represents a separate branch of what we know as Sirens
More like the 'original' version of Sirens before it got corrupted by X. It is explained by Fortress that SIRENs run on higher program version than them, meaning SIRENs comes from a much farther point in the future after the ANTI-X units.
