This is the Hyaku Shiki, just in red. One of the easy way to differentiate it from the Zero Shiki is the shoulders, the Zero's look like the Rick Dias'. Also the artist commentary states the model number, which in the case of the Zero would be MSZ-000.

This is not only "Hyaku Shiki just in red"... look closely. Different binders, different beam rifle. And the Zero Shiki is a red Hyaku basically, so it can be a mix. This is a redesign with visual elements from the original Hyaku Shiki and the Zero Shiki, so I am tagging it as both.

Colour aside it seems to be hyaku + mkii instead though? Head: hyaku Shoulders: hyaku arms: Mkii rifle+shield: Mkii binders: hyaku torso: zeta/re-gz with a different hatch? everything from the hips down: hyaku

The color and binders are from the Zero and the rest is both Hyaku and the MkII... is a fusion of all three.
