I wonder what company will handle it's production if it gets mass-produced. That's a super important part. Hopefully mine will be shipping to me soon. I love when niche net characters get models made of them.
Sad to say, Unico, but I highly doubt your ebay dude has this model yet. Never buy things from Ebay until they're actually out and the first BRS figure doesn't come out until later in the month.
As for ordering it, I use www.hlj.com but they are quite expensive. Extremely reliable tho. I haven't had a problem with them in 10 or so years of dealing with them.
