Considering what most of the male victims look like, I'm inclined to believe it's only partially a fetish and more catharsis against the featureless dudes in fanart with a penchant for rape. That's just an alternate character interpretation on my part.

This picture looks weird to me because there's no actual continuity between each panel. At first I thought there was but none of the guys show up in more than one panel.

In the main shot she kicks a guy with her right foot and on the right panel a different guy - almost in the same location - is lying on the floor as though the same action was done to him. Weird.

It makes sense chronologically if you read the panels in the standard manga order before reading the big panel:

1 -- Monkey Steals The Peach
2 -- First thug (white shirt/purple beanie) reacts normally
3 -- First thug falls to the ground
4 -- Donkey kick to second thug (green shirt)
Big -- 67-yard field goal attempt on third thug (pipe) while second thug takes inventory
