Surely if science has progressed far enough so that head transplants are possible then getting tats removed couldn’t be that hard, or if for some reason it’s impossible nobody’s gonna see them if they cover up well, and if they ever got to 4th base with someone they could just explain the situation.

Just realized that I read it the wrong way lol, I thought that the person in the right panel died and had their body given to the person on the left
