They're called ヨガリウオ (Yogari Ou) / ヨガリタコ (Yogari Tako) on his page. (Pleasure fish/octopus) not that it explains what exactly the fish does... but anyway, thats what he says they are. And apparently she's the World Nobles pet in this pictue.
