Remembering the Elves in Elder Scrolls this isn't unexpected.
Elven supremacism is common in everything from Forgotten Realms through Dragonlance, Warhammer and isekai slop to Anbennar. Even Tolkien's elves had their typical race wars with dwarves, iirc.
Not all artwork of Nazis is propaganda, even if it's perverting a hero character. The artist didn't intend to glorify Nazism with this work; it's meant to be funny because the juxtaposition is unexpected and tragic. It's unusual, edgy, and different, like most of this artist's works. Though Frieren might look "cool" here, she's drawn as cold, calculating, and with an evil look on her face. This propaganda would only work on someone that finds this cool or thinks evil is cool. Sure, it could "normalize" this look, pose, or evil face as cool, kind of like how piercings, tattoos, and smoking caught on.
Real Nazi propaganda doesn't portray Nazis as being evil; it looks exactly like good-guy propaganda but with different words and logos: proud heroes, everymen with a big smile, and strong figures with dashing good looks.
I favorited this art because I like how it's drawn; not because it inspired me to support fascism. And I'm sure many just find it funny.
This picture is shit, and everybody who upvoted it is a jackass.
Maybe we ought to start hiding upvotes if people are going to react like this.

I don't see anything that would disqualify this from being approved. The worst thing you could say about it (besides the Nazi stuff, obviously) is that some parts look a bit sketch-like (the breast pocket, for example). Otherwise, it looks fine to me.
It is not an abuse of power to approve a good quality post with content most people find offensive. We always put art quality first. If you don't agree that the quality is good enough, then flag it, but make sure you can back it up with a valid reason.

Then you're disagreeing with how this site operates on a fundamental level. The best way to stay true to our goal of archiving high-quality art is to remain completely neutral. Deleting content based purely on ideology is antithetical to this goal.
And by "neutral," I don't mean we should tolerate bigotry among our users. Our community rules keep the peace among users, while our upload rules govern content. They are completely separate. In other words, you may be able to post Nazi images (as long as they're good and on-topic), but that doesn't mean you can act like a Nazi.

It's one of the great things of art: Exploring the weird, strange, or even fucked up stuff where you wouldn't even dare to thread if it was real life. In this case it's just juxtapostioning: Mashing two seperate concepts or even polar opposites together and see what happens.
There are plenty of examples of juxtapositioning on this site: A canonically evil villain showing a friendly side, a cute innocent character equipped with a humongous penis, a magical girl covered in blood and using violence, an ugly bastard with a heart of gold, or in this case: a defender of humanity fused into one of the most evil forces known in human history.
Still don't like it? That's fine too. Blacklist the nazi tag, close the tab, and just move on. Everyone is a winner.

The approvers also allowed BLM art, you know? And art mocking both republicans and democrats, and trans rights art, and all kinds of other controversial things both good and bad.
You realize attacking free expression like this is literally fascism, right? But no, no, Trump is the only Fascist here. If that was an actual attempt at insurrection, it was an incredibly stupid one. No one ever claimed Danbooru is anti-fascist. Our priorities are simple: we find good art, we save good art. That's it. The purpose of our community rules is not to stamp out fascism, but to keep conflict among all users to a minimum. A purpose you are actively defying by pinging others in this topic instead of using the Reply system, which I warned you about last year. You're not the only one contributing to this mess, but you are the only one actively pulling people back in by shoving it in their face.

For those that don't know, this I think might actually be a rather clever spin on the Frieren looking up meme. Specifically it seems to reference a specific camera technique known as the Hitler Cam, a shot from slightly below to try and make the person in focus to appear larger, made famous by the director Leni Riefenstahl.
No point's for guessing who got the most mileage out of this technique.
Today it is mostly used in cinema to give a villain that kind of Third Reich kind of air. You know, to make absolutely sure you know that they are a bad guy. Scar's musical number, Be Prepared, in the Lion King for instance makes use of this in one scene. It also shows up in Gundam with figures like Gihren most often. (no surprises there)
