The girls are from last Sunday's Japan Cup but I'm not sure who's who... based on the racing outfits' color scheme the 2 girls are MasBa and Croix despite her looking like she's related to Cafe, she isn't and based on the previous artwork by pastan the girl behind MasBa is Very Very Horse Danon Decile, but I'm not sure beyond that...
Maybe Shin Emperor is the orange haired girl behind Croix??

I'm not sure if top right is Calandagan any more given that she's reappeared over on post #10588699 (Arima)... Maybe she's Tastiera? Not that I'm seeing much of a musical motif or his blaze in her...

I believe you're right, Tastiera's blaze is depicted as a hair ornament and the colors match. It's so subtle, but there's a piano keyboard motif on the back of the hat, and on her skirt (black ribbons over a white skirt).
