When you want to create a new character tag you can type in char:[character name]_(copyright)

In this case I typed char:kache_(needy_girl_overdose)

You may want to check the how to tag wiki when there's something you don't know

Note that it is not always necessary to add the copyright qualifier. Qualifiers are typically only added if a name would be ambiguous otherwise or if it is an original character (in which case it would be an artist qualifier instead). Adding one for characters with a one-word name (given name or surname) is usually acceptable because the chances of name conflicts are higher, though it should be noted that no other characters on here share this name.
