They probably thought it was too 'plump' for her. I personally think its one of the better images I've seen for Liru. Much of her art is pretty crude and from Doujins.

People upscore much worse. Especially any image exactly as you described, except pertaining to the breasts. As long as they're huge and show no hint of sag, they are perfect, even if they are just two circles with pink dots in the middle.
