The clitoris (as well as the clitoral hood) are positioned towards the front of the body. The urethra is just behind that, and the birth canal (vaginal opening) is towards the rear of the body, closest to the anus.

With Kos-Mos in this position, the vagina is positioned perfectly, and drawn pretty well I might add.
