I believe it's a slight failure in perspective on her left arm. It looks just slightly off. But it's really an easy mistake to make especially if you don't have a posing doll for reference. And given that anime characters have varying levels of distorted proportions to begin with it's easy to get away with for the most part.

The arm isn't off, but really short.
