They both are. In the new movies, Asuka's name was changed from Asuka Langley Souryuu to Asuka Langley Shikinami. The Shikinami tag is used when its stated in the picture that it's referring to the new movies (as seen here) or she's depicted wearing a movie-specific outfit (such as the test plugsuit). The Souryuu tag is given along with it because it is still Asuka, after all.
