An explanation, for those unfamiliar with one or both of Queen's Blade and the song "Yatta":
In the music video and live performances of "Yatta", the band that performed it, Happa-Tai (Green Leaves), wore nothing but tighty whities with green leaves on the crotch, the idea being (as per the song's satire) that this was all they could afford.
In Queen's Blade, it's established in her debut episode that instead of underwear, Alleyne (the character shown here) wears a pair of leaves crossed over her genitals.
It was only a matter of time before the two ideas crossed.
