I think it's just supposed to be fish. Although that's just me hoping that's what it is.

I'm PRETTY SURE you can't eat MILK with CHOPSTICKS.

She's probably eating dried shredded fish (the yellow covering of the rice; possibly bonito?), and some sort of small fish (of which, at least that is obvious) on rice.

most likely snake meat.

it might be a fish porridge or something but it's most likely just some sort of rice bowl with an anchovy or similarly strongly flavored fish on top
